Peachy Homes Apartment

They were very kind in providing a refund for our stay after all!

Unfortunately, we had to leave the apartment after just one night due to a water leakage issue. While we understand that these things happen, the management's handling of the situation was far from ideal. They offered us a smaller apartment further from the center, which wasn’t even available for the full duration of our stay. This would have required us to move multiple times, which was highly inconvenient. Additionally, the apartment itself was disappointing. It wasn’t particularly clean, and the kitchen lacked essential basics. While the high ceilings were a nice feature, the overall space felt impersonal and lacked warmth or style. We also underestimated the need for air conditioning in the middle of summer, as the apartment stayed around 28°C, making it uncomfortable. All in all, the combination of poor problem-solving and the apartment's shortcomings made our stay far less enjoyable than we had hoped...

It was spacious in a great area.

The freezer was full of ice, and the door to the freezer did not close. The water from the ice made everything in the fridge wet. It was also quite warm because there were no air condition, but we had fans so it was not terrible. The kitchen also missed cutlery, knifes and the frying pan had no handle.

Nice location in the center of the city, large and spacious rooms. Comfortable mattresses. Large kitchen area. Overall the space is surprisingly large.

The accommodations open onto one of the busiest streets, packed with restaurants. The street is walkable, but you can hear various noises late into the night, especially with an open window (which we had to keep on due to a heatwave).

The bathroom was not very clean. Also, would’ve been nice to have some bathroom supplies.

Great localisation, nice, comfy apartment. If you looking for cutlery, it's in the drawer hidden under the countertop ;)

Excellent location. Great size. Lots of space. Nice table and kitchen area. Good to have a washing machine.

The curtains were rubbish which meant we were up very early. No pillowcases was pretty grim – had to sleep on our clothes. Just before we left my partner was checking under the sofa and cut his finger on some glass (wasn't ours). No knives and forks. Mattresses were thin.

Quiet, clean and spacious. Very close to the 100E Kálvin tér M airport shuttle stop. Easy to get to several museums and attractions. There are many restaurants near by.
