excellent location

It had a very nice bakery and coffee shop very close to the apartment

The apartment was dirty at our arrival. A lot of dust everywhere. Looked like it was not dusted and mopped in ages. The sofa was dirty and spotted with liquids. Shower was broken. There was no cutelry available, no broom, no mop, nothing to clean with. I had to buy some plastic forks and spoons to be able to eat something at home. It was very cold inside. All the radiators were closed and would not heat up. The host would not give us the details on how to locate and enter the apartment even after multiple messages where I stated I already arrived in the area. Unclear indications It was like an escape room game to enter the apartment. We could hear everything through the windows. And the garbage machines waked us up at 4 -5 AM almost everyday. If it wasn't the garbage machine there were other noises in the street. I.e. people arranging the restaurant's tables on the pavement.

Spacious, quiet, clean, very convenient position: close to main square Kalvin ter (metro and bus station 1 min walk).

No elevator, building interior requires renovation.
