Location was fantastic 5 mins to central Canberra and close to farmers market. Heaps of restaurants close by

No instructions at all for using the dishwasher and hotplate. The hotplate didn’t work and wasn’t fixed until the end of the day which isn’t great when you pay to have a kitchen. Not a great deal if equipment in kitchen( no egg flip or jug). Very completed when leaving required to leave keys on kitchen table but must take your car out of the garage then pay for a park outside and take the keys back upstairs. Only 1 key given yet paid for 2 people which complicates the stay when we go our different ways while there. Bed pillows and linen all need to be replaced, bed is very hard and pillows are beyond there use date are flat. View is of the roof below.

The property is in a great location! Bed and sofa were comfortable.

No manuals for appliances (cook top, oven, dishwasher). Not enough Kitchen utensils, a spatula would have been nice. No wine or sparkling glasses. Cleaning was below average, sticky tape on ceiling/walls where there must have been streamers or balloons, cooktop and oven not good and obvious greasy hand marks on doors etc. Tried to alter dates, but owner said to contact booking.com and booking.com said to contact owner - all too hard in the end.

Loves staying here, the view was amazing and the host was great to deal with and super helpful, the place was clean and well presented, it had a home feel to it which I enjoyed, thank u for hosting

Close to city centre, quiet, near dining area and ease of access to transport.

Location and the fact is has a balcony and access to fresh air

Information was not sent through in a timely manner, I had to jump through more hoops signing lease agreements and having a $500 hold (more than the money for the length of the stay). Confusing information was sent through around the door code and simple things were not outlined like access car park access (there's no swipe for the car park and the remote is on the key but finnicky). I needed to call the host at least 3 times. The bed and matress was cheap and crappy. Even with two quilts, it wasn't warm enough and I had to sleep in my woollen jumper. The pillows were also cheap and flimsy. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom so on the first night I slept with wet hair. I discovered as I was leaving a hair dryer and straightener were in the hallway closet but were so cheap and flimsy they were unusable.

location was very convenient for our stay. Heating was efficient and bedding was warm.

The towels were disappointing. There were two thin scratchy bath towels, which considering the standard of the rest of the property I found that to be disappointing. Thick soft towels make a huge impression! There were several tea bags which was great, but only two milk capsules. We arrived in the evening and enjoyed a cup of tea, but then had no milk for an early morning tea before heading out for the day. Again, considering the overall standard of the property I would have thought 4 milk pods or even a small 250 ml longlife milk would have been better. Not much more cost for the host, but a much better experience for the guest.

Very clean and comfy, well appointed, perfect location. Very modern. Great instructions to gain access.

No outside window in bathroom and bedroom.
