The flat sheet kept coming off the bed. It is much better to have a fitted sheet on the bed. One of the blinds in the living area doesn’t come down to the ground properly and so it lets in light in the morning as the windows face east.

Pleasant stay, with an easy check in and out process. Apartment was clean and comfortable and close to centre.

Kitchen knives could do with a resharpening, and shower shelf could be re-leveled to support bigger bottles without sliding off.

Proximity to where we wanted to be

Location was great, so convenient to cafes, shops, city. Building was very secure. Communication was great from Sarah and Tommy.

Our checkin was delayed (but just meant we snuck a beer in early which was fine!). The pillows weren’t super comfortable.

Location , parking, facilities were all excellent. A very comfortable little apartment with everything we needed.

The arrival/access procedure is ridiculously complicated and very stressful. I had paid upfront for 4 nights. A couple of days prior to arrival I received constant emails and texts, not on Booking.Com, asking to click on a link and provide more details including uploading photo ID. Obviously with all the scams around I was not going to do that. Eventually I rang the number on Booking.com and got straight through to the very pleasant Sarah. She assured me the emails were legitimate and she needed a credit card for a $500 security deposit. I travel all around the world staying in apartments via Booking.com and have never had this happen. Reluctantly I gave her a credit card, then received yet another link on my phone, which would not accept our credit card. So we tried another which was also declined. I eventually had to bank transfer $500 or I would not receive the entry instructions for the apartment, even though I had paid in full. Lot's of stress for a day. We gained access to the apartment with more rigmarole, having to go to a separate address to access a shed with key boxes in them, but the instructions failed to include the code to enter the shed. Another phone call, back in the car and drive to the apartment. Once we were there all was ok until the next day when we discovered both our credit cards had been blocked by our bank for security concerns. Multiple calls to banks followed. So basically I would not recommend booking this apartment.
