Very very clean and close to ANU which we were visiting walking distance to lots of food options

Location was great, central to all we needed

Check in was a long process. Paid a cleaning fee but was expected to do some cleaning ourselves. Couldn't access the rubbish bins downstairs so had to take our rubbish with us.

Self check in process was a little confusing and keys are offsite in another location, but we found it with the kind help of the guys at the nearby kebab van.

Good location. Apartment was nice and comfortable. An excellent shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Parking was good, right opposite the lifts. Air conditioning was very effective for heating as it was cold and we were from Queensland!!! plenty of storage, wardrobe space etc.

The cutlery could be of better standard, I wouldn't have liked to cut a steak etc with it. That is a very minor point.
