The property requires $500 security deposit which is unproportional and too much for a 2-night stay. The deposit is not proportional to the price of overall stay and even more expensive compared to what the real hotel charges. While toiletries provided are not that good and enough. It says it is for 4 people but only one bed. You have to use the sofa to convert it to bed but no instructions on how to convert it. Hesitant to touch because we are worried about the security deposit. The check in is complicated because we have to pick the keys from a different location and lots of codes. They send the instructions just short notice before the check in time and it’s not a simple instruction. Sarah is responsive to queries but the thing is, even with many long instructions the information is still insufficient hence we needed to send queries and clarification. Upon check out of hotel, the security deposit takes days to release and no one is responding to follow up queries.

There was very descriptive instructions which made things easy to navigate.

It was a comfortable stay. The facilities are complete. It's a staycation that's worth the bucks.

Nice apartment in excellent location. Only a few minutes walk from my daughter's place which is very convenient.

Slightly dusty shelves but it's not that much a problem.

Finding location for key.... (yellow door with code, then finding correct lock box and its code) very difficult and confusing> A young Man from local coffee shop helped find the address (behind a car wash!). Sarah was quite good host... But they used another Ap to comunicate not Booking.Com site. Also they asked for my Drivers licence details PLUS $500 holding fee on my credit card! I really thought i was being scammed by the time I got to the appartment!!! Non of my other bookings on this trip (4) have done this. Not good!
