Smartflats Design - Esplanade

This place should be reported and taken out of Booking.com, this is unacceptable. It is unsanitary, unpleasant, smelly and dirty everywhere, feels like a ruin, sordid bathroom, with a bathtub completely destroyed, rotten shower curtain, stinking water coming out of the bathroom sink, large hole on the bathroom floor, the tap of the sink in the toilets was broken and couldn’t be closed, with water continuously flowing, 3 mouldy walls, mattress full of dirty marks and hairs, several doors crumbling. I couldn’t stand such a dirty and unpleasant place so I left and booked another hotel.

Fantastic location, great facilities and very easy to access and perfect for the group!

Enormous and very cozy apartment in the heart of the city center. Bonus for it - vintage elevator in the building :)

Fantastic location, comfortable bedrooms and living areas, good kitchen space.

You can hear the trains passing nearby but it is not massively disruptive.

Spacious and central location

The bathroom door didn’t close, the shower screen wasn’t very big and it was a struggle to keep the bathroom dry when showering. Lack of comfortable seating, could easily have fitted in another sofa

The doors were not able to close and no soap in the bathroom

Very big property and a convenient location with a metro and tram stop just outside.

Bit rough around the edges but nice enough! Soap dispensers weren’t filled, doors didn’t close properly so not a lot of privacy when showering etc. tap didn’t work in the toilet.

Nothing was good about this apartment all photos are fake

The elevator is like 100 years old and don’t work the dim lights the stairs and the bad taste of the photos selection on the apartment wall was really bad
