The flat is extremely spacious and light. It is in a great area with very good transport links.

The facilities were run down with towel rails literally falling off the wall when used, disrepair in the bathroom and a completely unsafe electricity set up in the kitchen.

This apartment was large and had lots of space. The location was good, right in front of the station.

The shower didn't work and the sofa bed was broken so couldn't be used.

Good location. Spacious and clean.

Trouble getting cooker to work, was not sure if broken. Called Smartflats who said no one could help for our entire stay of 3 days. Bathroom was very poor. No shower gel or shampoo despite being on facilities list so had to buy.

"I would not choose this place to stay in Brussels again."

The location and views is a reliable advantage of this apartment

The apartment was neglected, right from the entrance - carpets, floor, table in the living room was dirty. The attached photos show the condition of the apartment, which differs significantly from that presented on the website. The cosmetics set included in the apartment includes hand soap. I asked for additional bedding, after two days of conversation the staff decided that the apartment had everything we needed and they would not provide anything. As for access to the apartment - despite When receiving an e-mail about obtaining access codes, it was not possible to use the link attached to it. You also had to write to ask for access to the codes - the advantage is that the staff responded quickly to messages. The apartment was located on the 5th floor, in a building - an archaic elevator, we had no problem getting in, but people with children or disabled people could have a big problem.
