The location and the size of the appartment

The inexistent attention to the client. The shower was not working and all my messages asking for a solution were replied by a bureaucratic answer with no solution at all during the whole duration of the stay. Total absence of care of the client and we had to spent two full days with one baby and one toddler in an exceptional day of 35º C without having the possibility of having a shower during the two days of our stay. Then, afterwards, only standard replies from a chatboot. Despite the excellent location, to be avoid, since you are let alone with essential problems like the non working shower with nobody taking care of fixing the issue.

Location was good

The property was not cleaned and was not maintained, i had few pics which clearly shows that it doesn't have cleaning before my visit. Secondly i opted this based on my conditions i-e lift + dishwasher In property view, it was mentioned for dishwasher but it wasn't there. Moreover lift was too old that it can get struck, so it was recommended to not use lift and i got apartment on 5th floor, with my elderly parents, it was very difficult to manage via stairs.

Many broken things in the property, small and old elevator, moldy bathroom, sofa bed wasn't premade as requested, dirty stained towels, not a lot of plugs in the bedroom

It was grubby the toilets and bathrooms need to be cleaned with bleach really not pleasant . All the towels rails are loose and the whole Place needs some care and attention.

It was huge! A bit tired, but still clean and comfortable.

Beds were very soft. Glass panels above the doors meant light carried throughout the apartment. Messaged hosts about an issue and got no response. No internet.

Location was brilliant. Very big spacious apartment.

WiFi didn't work. contacted guest services but they were unable to get it working so had no WiFi for 3 nights, not good when travelling with family. Shower and toilet sink need plumbing repairs

The apartment was good. The distribution is not the best, but the apartment is very good.

The staff didn't answer. We never had internet. TV was not working.

- Old building wife got stuck in elevator - WIFI was not working we raised hundreds of complaints to e-portal (since no one ever comes to facility!!) and nothing worked - ‘smart’ entrance didn’t work at the start and we got stuck in the front of the building - noise is unbearable from the street - nothing ‘smart’ about this ‘smartflat’ except they give you a code to enter!!!! Never booking again!!!
