Only 2 towels for 4 people - notified them about it and they decided against giving us any others. No TV remote so couldn't watch TV. Tap for kitchen sink didn't have any hot water and hardly any power. Terrible customer service

Location is very good, but that was as good as it got.

Bathroom was extremely dirty upon arrival. No wifi, after ad said it was included. No soap, shampoo, toilet paper. And every issue raised were left unsolved for the duration of our stay.

There was no hairdryer, no soap, no shampoo. And even after we told It to the staff, they didn't provide It to us.

Good location, near to a metro station and in a quiet place.

We have several problems with this booking: In first place, the flat wasn't the same as shown in the photographs. They change it with no previous communication. Main bathroom has dust, and splits in the walls. Same in the kitchen. The flat was poorly equipped: we didn't find enough toilet paper (so we had to buy it) and kitchen utensils are very limited. Finally, when we arrived we noticed that TV doesn't have remote control and Ethernet wire (so it doesn't have TV signal). We notified this to the hostage several times but they didn't fix it in the 8 days we stayed in the flat.

The spaciousness. Large rooms, high ceiling. The really old elevator, still functional. The location, central, across the road from public transportation.

Some bugs. No mosquito nets. It’s an old apartment, formerly luxurious, with great potential. Kitchen far from the dining room (like 150 years ago). No soap at the small sink in the toilet-room (only in the bath-room).

The Worst Place I Have Ever Rented - A Complete Nightmare

This apartment was, without a doubt, the worst place I have ever had the misfortune of renting. From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear that this was going to be a disaster. There were no basic amenities—no cutlery, no towels, and not even bed sheets. The stench in the apartment was so overpowering and vile that I’m certain it was hazardous to our health. The shower was completely dysfunctional, with water leaking all the way into the living room, creating a flood that was impossible to clean up. But the absolute worst part was when someone entered the apartment without our permission while we were out, allegedly to fix the issues. This invasion of privacy left us feeling utterly unsafe and terrified. To make matters even worse, I developed a rash on my foot due to the lack of bed sheets on the bed. The conditions were so unsanitary that it actually caused me physical harm. I am attaching a photo of the rash as proof. We were supposed to stay for three nights, but after enduring just one night in this nightmare, we had no choice but to leave. The conditions were so appalling that staying any longer was simply not an option. No one provided us with a solution, and we were left to fend for ourselves. This was the most horrifying experience of my life. The apartment was not just bad; it was a complete disaster that should never be rented to anyone. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy.
