I struggled with access when I arrived but the team responded quickly to a message I sent to help me. The apartment was spacious and well located

The wifi wasn’t working and the tv didn’t work at all. I reported it as soon as I arrived and the team were very poor about updating me and I had to keep chasing them. They said it would be fixed the next day but it wasn’t. This meant we were unable to watch any of the Euro 24 football matches as we had planned to, so were very disappointed. Also we couldn’t get the shower to work - though I didn’t report that as the main issue was the WiFi.

Spacious, good location

Access code given after the check in time so could not enter the property at the correct time. no wifi despite raising the issue on the day of checking in. Some uncleanliness I.e nails on the sofa and dead flies on the floor. Loud noises from flat above into early hours (approx 2am) ( music, chairs scraping and foot steps)

Location with metro nearby was handy. The lounge/dining room and the master bedroom were spacious and light

Overall condition of the apartment was run down. The bathroom could do with a renovation as the painted floor and wall tiles were flaking black paint and the bath was chipped with the ceramic lining coming off in several places on the base. The kitchen whilst modern was equipped very basically. Perhaps the biggest negative to this apartment was the Smart Flats staff. On our arrival we found that the internet and the TV were not working. We immediately phoned the staff and reported it. They said they would get back to us. Several messages were sent by me the next day and the response was they were waiting to hear back from the tech staff. Our 4 days were spent without internet connection and no TV and all we were offered was 15% discount on our next booking. Ha!!! Never mind the costs incurred by having to use global roaming for 4 days. I would advise that the 2024 reviews be read by potential guests. I don't think the WiFi and TV have been working this year. A very unprofessional company

The shower faucet was not working, and this seemed very serious to me because for 6 people, the internet on the TV was not working. Could use a little more cleaning.

Good location for central city, Apartment very nice layout and very big

Check in was very difficult. Wrong code given initially and delayed us checking in for 45 minutes until eventually got reply from owner. Pull out couch sheets and dressings were non-existing and made sleep uncomfortable and not very hygenic Wifi and tv were also not working for the entire time Shower had non shower gel / shampoo despite being advertised online and at the apartment Elevator was very old and slow so we had to walk up the stairs and very dark stairs with lights not always working Location can be a bit noisy, especially if windows are open

Good location and very spacious apartment - large rooms with tall ceilings. Chat/phone communication was responsive especially when checking in (though not too helpful afterwards - see below). Price seems fair for the city/size. There's an offer for luggage storage in the centre of town - less helpful for the location but probably good for more central Smartflats locations.

Internet was offline from start to finish which was the main issue and not fixed although reported. For tourists this is pretty crucial as instead we needed to pay extra for data when roaming. (It also meant no TV.) Was expecting compensation that wasn't offered. Minor issues with light fixtures and waste bins that need replacing, hopefully will be tended to after our feedback. Generally feels like it's a large company with a call centre that's removed from the people managing the properties. With what appears to be a large portfolio of properties around the city, one would expect a maintenance team to be available within hours (or one day) to reset an internet connection or provide a light bulb.

Localization, it’s spacious and is confortável in general, has market, aphotek and some eating options close

The faucet was not working, the sofa bed is old and uncomfortable

Beautifully designed, tonnes of space. Everything was clean. Perfect location with the metro literally 5 meters from the door.

Bathroom door didn't close properly, and no seal on the shower meant sometimes water got everywhere. Some minor repairs needed throughout.

Great location. Clean and spacious.Quiet.

Decor needs some touching up. Lamps not all working. Some doors don’t lock.
