Smartflats Design - Esplanade

Big, spacious apartment. Great location. Overall, good.

The bathroom and toilet doors didn't close properly. Additionally, there was a broken window, so we had to resort to using paper to partially close the window. The sofa was also broken and the only option was to sleep on a mattress placed on the floor (strangely, I found it unconventionally charming). Lastly, some cleanliness issues, particularly noticeable in the bathroom.

The apartment was big,comfortable and central. The area has many shops, parking and is just20-minute walk from the historic center! The Smartflats assistance was helpful and responsed quickly.

The apartment has some small damages, but they didn’t affect our staying. It could be cleaner and the only lock for the apartment is a code , there is not key. This was easy for us , because we needn’t to to talk all the time for who has the key and share it, but also we felt and unsafe. Anyone could entry to the room just with the code.

It was a big flat with nice window sills. You need 20 Minutes to go to the center. Around the corner was a nice Greek restaurant.

- Most doors didn't seem secure, as they did not close tightly and the code was very simply as well - because of the unclosable doors you could hear everything from the stairwell - flat was weirdly built. One bedroom didn't even have a door. There is no privacy - lots of dust and spiderwebs/ toilet very dirty - kitchen was poorly equipped -Shower had hardly any water pressure and the "shampoo" in the Palmolive soup dispenser was a bad joke - No cabinets, just shelves that were not usable as they kept falling of the wall - the lift was broken on our floor and seemed dangerous as well

Great location, very spacios apartment, very clean, we had everything we needed, and more!

This was very close to bus and metro station. Was very quiet even the area has a lot of traffic.

What I didn't like was that the property was a bit cold, in addition to the fact that the bathroom tub was clogged.

The apartment is big and in a good place.

Some stuff really needs renovation, especialy, the entry door and bathroom.

Level of security a bit low, door at the front of the building always open, people could enter anytime

Great location and Very spacious and comfortable apartment.

1. The place felt unsafe as the front door of the building was broken and we didn’t have keys to the apartment, just the entry code. In fact, there was a homeless person sleeping inside the building our last night. 2. Someone from maintenance came in the day of our check out with no email or any heads up from the company. 3. The pipes of the bathroom sink had a strong bad smell. 4. There was no washing up liquid for the dishes. There were two dishwasher tablets but mo dishwasher!
