"Absolute disaster. Avoid at all costs! Host did not send us check in details."

Host ghosted us on the day of arrival, leaving us with no accommodation in Budapest. Booking.com were very unhelpful and we only got new accommodation as I booked separately online. 1 week later and still have no refund for this accommodation that we had paid for in full.

UWAGA!!!Jedno wielkie kłamstwo .Apartament zabukowany i opłacony.. Po dotarciu na miejsce po długiej podróży samolotem ,okazało sie ze apartament jest wynajęty przez inne osoby.Brak kontaktu z osobą wynajmijaca ,po kilkukrotnym dzwonieniu zostaliśmy zablokowani na telefonie.Rodzina ktora wynajęła ten.apartament również ma niemiłe doświadczenia...brak kontaktu ..klucze dostali od sprzątaczki ktora w tym czasie zastali ..to co ta.osoba sobą prezentuje to jedno wielkie dno !!!

La casa è molto grande ma tenuta male, poca pulizia, polvere ovunque e pavimenti sporchi. Lenzuola maleodoranti, asciugamani fa bagno piccolissimi
