Synagogue view residence

Absolut gar nichts. !!!BETRÜGER!!!

Finger weg! Betrüger! Die Unterkunft war doppelt vermietet, obwohl unsere Buchung bestätigt war. Eine Stornierung lag nicht vor. Vor Ort gab es keine Rückmeldung vom Vermieter – wir standen am Abend ohne Unterkunft da und mussten uns kurzfristig etwas Neues suchen. Absolut unseriös und nicht empfehlenswert!

Just the location

Our stay was very disappointing. Firstly, the listing mentioned parking, but in reality it was just public street parking where there were never any available spots. I contacted the host asking for details about the parking, but received no reply at all. The only message I got was the check-in instructions, and after that all communication ended. Secondly, the check-in policy is at 3:00 PM while check-out is at 10:00 AM, which is already quite inconvenient. We arrived exactly at 3:00 PM, but the cleaners were still inside and told us they needed another hour or more. As a result, we were only able to check in at 4:30 PM. Thirdly, the apartment itself is in very poor condition. It was not very clean, the renovation is old and worn out, even though the equipment was acceptable. But the biggest issue was the terrace: in the photos, the apartment is shown with a terrace overlooking the Great Synagogue of Budapest. In reality, the building is under renovation, the terrace was full of debris and unusable, so there was no terrace at all. To make things worse, we were woken up at 7:00 AM by loud drilling and construction noise directly outside, as they were working on that same terrace. I strongly believe apartments in buildings under heavy renovation should not be rented out, because being woken up by construction every morning is unacceptable.

Centralt beliggende lejlighed. Gå afstand til diverse attraktioner og restauranter. God aircondition. Værten havde lagt 2 flasker vand i køleskabet til os grundet den høje temperatur udenfor. Fin udsigt fra balkonen.

Der kunne godt have været mere rent. Uhygiejnisk toiletsæde (skumpude), og spor af afføring på undersiden af brættet og en dør der ikke var så nem at lukke på det ene badeværelse, og en bruser med meget svagt vandtryk på det andet badeværelse. En smadret rude i den yderste dør, ud til balkonen og i den inderste dør var låsen ødelagt. Kunne dog låse den yderste dør med nøglen fra badeværelset. Den ene stol på balkonen var i stykker. Der var ikke gjort særlig godt rent før vi kom.
