Synagogue view residence

The location to the property was fantastic. Within walking distance to multiple shops/restaurants/public transport and 10-15 mins to the Danube. Property itself was great with a well equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. A/C worked well which was great due to the extreme temperatures outside. Host was fantastic in communicating and giving access to the flat keys.

The cleaner had to visit on a number of occasions to collect things from the spare room. On the first occasion i was informed by the host, but on the final day the cleaner made two unannounced visits to collect more bags.

Room was not clean and ready upon arrival even that we provide the info about the time of arrival. Owner didn't care about it at all and made non sense excuses without even saying sorry for once.

The location was perfect, the set up of the apartment also perfect, with 2 rooms with double beds, 2 rooms with single beds and 2 bathrooms. Exactly what we needed for our party - family with two adolescent kids and a friend joining.

Some repairs need to be done, but not major things.

Ended up booking somewhere else as it is worse than the images suggest, not enough bedding for the number of people paid for and kitchen was full of flies

When we arrived at 5 past midnight, we were unable to get into the property. The owners had canceled the availability of the property earlier that evening. Booking.com did not let us know, nor did they sort out other accommodation for us. We still have not heard back from Booking.com nor did the phone number to contact them work. It was the middle of the night, and I was alone with my 4 children in a city we'd never been to. It was frightening.

I just don't understand. I arrived at the apartment I bought through you and the house smelled full of flying, full and smelly trash cans. I talked to the owner of the apartment and she said that we can leave and get the money back, so we did. I left with my children and we were heartbroken and the owner of the apartment said that she approved by email to return the money to us and if the money is not Will be back as soon as possible I'm getting ready to sue to get the money back everything is documented with me by the way this is the second time this has happened to me booking and I'm not getting ready to give up.

Location and accessibility (downtown, airport, public transportation) are definitely the best characteristics of the apartment. We were able to drop off our bags before check-in time. Met the owner briefly and he was kind. Elevator is a plus! We had enough towels, toilet paper, and beddings for our group (7 pax). Kitchen was convenient for us because it's too expensive to eat out all the time and the kids are picky eaters. There are nearby supermarkets and tobacco/liquor store. Loved the balcony with the grand synagogue view! Thanks!

It wasn't 'perfect' and the kitchen faucet leaked when in use but it was still functional so we didn't bother the owner. We've read the reviews here and we knew what to expect and not to expect (photo difference, windows, internet, etc.). On the first night there was a loud neighbors' party but this is not the owner's fault. It's the period of holidays.

Nice view, good locality, close to the centre.
