2BR 2Bath L4 Executive Apartment, in City Centre

Nothing.

Waited for hours after arrival at 3pm from interstate with no response to phone calls, text and email trying to get in. Owners did not provide entry access and waiting without our 3 tired and very young children in the searing heat. No response or return call until 5 hours later. Had to arrange alternative accommodation and got a random message from them hours into the night asking if needed any further help. Completely unprofessional, no apology not even acknowledgement that after messaging 5 hours later, it might’ve been an issue.

Location, size, layout

Standard items missing - iron, TV remote, food bowls, tissues, tea. Only 4 sets of cutlery, plates but 5 of us were staying. We were not sent the door code prior to our arrival, so had to wait 15-20 mins for manager to contact us back, before we could enter the apartment

The location

1. We were not given the pin to enter the door. It was only after trying for a while and contacting the agent.. we’re given the number (we thought the tags were for the front door). 2. Place was tidy but not clean at all. Bathroom had a lot of dirt on the floor. 3. Shower heads sprayed water everywhere. 4. Wall in the shower had yellow dirt on them 5. Towels were super thin and didn’t absorb anything 6. Fans in bathrooms were extremely dirty and one was hanging off the wall 7. One of the single beds had a broken leg on it. After looking under the bed we noticed there was not screw point for it. The same bed was on a slant.. very hard to sleep on. 8. Lucky we didn’t cook anything.. kitchen is filthy. 9. Came with 2 cars.. only parking for one. Needed to park second car down the street at the shopping centre car park. The only good thing about the accommodation is the location.
