The village is a fantastic location for walking and Jane is a superb host. Cottage was cosy and well appointed

The descriptionstated 3 seperate bedrooms, this is inaccurate, the double room is at the top of the stairs on a large landing and the master is reached by walking through this space. Not convivial for our booking of 4. The outside space is very shaded and very noisy with the road, compared to the other properties in this development whoch look stunning

The shower was large and the parking easy

The traffic is disturbing. The A35, on which the house is located, is a very busy road. When I booked the Burrow I didn't realise that to reach the main bedroom and bathroom you have to walk through the 2nd bedroom, which is effectively a double bed on the landing. My mistake as it is described as a "walk through bedroom "!

Extremely clean and beautifully furnished house. Very comfortable bed and excellent bathrooms. Lovely biscuits provided and some milk plus different condiments. The food from The Clock pub was excellent. Highly recommend it.

Very small garden for the house but could use other gardens around the property. Traffic noise was noticeable in the main bedroom.

""Burrow" by name but heaven by nature - a time capsule experience given the modern twist!"

10.0

This little golden nugget of a 16th Century Cottage was nestled right up against a free-flowing main road which runs from Honiton to Dorchester and beyond, but because the property is solidly built and with the bonus of secondary glazing only a hush could be heard from outside at any time. Safe and plentiful parking was accessed via a small turning just past the property. Beds were comfortable and all amenities within the property were meticulously clean and in great working order - kitchen was particularly well stocked with every kind of cooking aid you could ever need. Jane the host also went to the length of providing fresh milk and a lovely box of local biscuits to welcome you in - a thoroughly pleasurable experience all round, so to Jane and her partner i thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your help & assistance during my stay.

Nothing.
