Excellent location on a quiet peninsular. The equipment level is excellent - everything you need. Although, bizzarely, it has a dishwasher that you are not allowed to use. Good size for a single, couple or small family stay.

Getting scruffy from use. The floor, carpet and oven need to be properly cleaned by the cleaners - not just vacuum cleaning, bed linen changing and a wipe down in the kitchen and bathroom. The curtains need hanging. One is even missing. Soon the apartment will need painting and the broken things replaced.

Good location, close to the city center both by foot and tram. First floor, easy to move, elevator. Apartment has everything one could need.

Not very clean, needs a deep cleaning in the entire apartment. Furniture broken here and there, one cabinet door wasn't even attached to the cabinet and fell off while opening it... While contacting about the fact that the shower drain was completely clogged and you had to stand in a pool of water while showering, maintenance check was promised but no one ever came. Unfortunately the neighbors are very loud, not much can probably be done about that but good to keep in mind if someone's a light sleeper.

Gute Lage, viele schöne Jugendstilhäuser, leicht per Straßenbahn zu erreichen, aber auch zu Fuß ins Zentrum ist kein Problem. Supermarkt gleich gegenüber. Eigene Mappe mit Informationen und Fotos z. B. zur Bedienung der Küchengeräte. Sehr viele Koch- und Küchenutensilien, man muss also nicht ständig abwaschen. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet!

Leider fehlt bei den Vorhangstangen der Stopper am Ende der Stange, sodass die Vorhänge von der Stange rutschen. Als wir ankamen, hing ein Vorhang nur auf 2 Klipsen, was einfach schlampig aussieht. Bei einem Küchenfenster fehlt der komplette Vorhang. Im Bad fließt das Wasser im Waschbecken nur ab, wenn man den Stoppel hebt. Man muss also immer ins Wasser greifen. Also Vorhänge und Waschbecken, zwei Mängel, die man leicht und rasch beheben kann.

Cozy, clean, quiet apartment in a nice neighborhood. Every practical necessity is provided with care. Very convenient location. Awesome host. Hope to be back!

Location was fantastic. That’s it!!!! The owner should make an effort to check his unit. As most of the reviews earlier, I too would like to comment on the lack of curtain, cleanliness issues and definitely about the AirTag that’s been put on the key which I was very uncomfortable with. This unit would really be fabulous to stay if all the above issues are been looked into.
