Elevator was miniscule. My husband's electric scooter barely fitted in. Oceanic didn't fit: had to sit on a chair on the deck to look down the street to the sea. Brick walls is what one sees.

Abbiamo scelto di soggiornare qui perché nello stesso quartiere vive mia sorella e sarebbe stato facile raggiungerla a piedi. L’appartamento non è soltanto comodo per la sua posizione in una zona tranquilla e allo stesso tempo vicino al centro, è spazioso, arredato con cura e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Viaggiavamo con mia figlia di 2 anni e mezzo e l’host ci ha fatto trovare il lettino e il seggiolone per lei, anche il nostro letto era molto comodo con un topper molto spesso. Molto carino anche il contesto: un palazzo abitato da famiglie con un delizioso giardino. Sceglieremo sicuramente questa struttura per il nostro prossimo viaggio a Helsinki in famiglia!

Heel prettig en ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, waarin ik me direct thuis voelde. Gezellige woonkamer, ruime slaap- en badkamer. Een lekker balkon met zeezicht om 's ochtends in de zon koffie te drinken. Keuken goed toegerust ook voor een wat langer verblijf. Fijn veel hangertjes in de kledingkast. Contact met de host alleen online, maar heel behulpzaam, duidelijk en snel. Heel vriendelijk dat de check-in en check-out tijden bespreekbaar waren. De locatie is ook gunstig: een rustige woonwijk met de zee dichtbij, gele fietsen, tram en supermarkt voor de deur, en restaurantjes op loopafstand. Ook het centrum is dichtbij. Ik kom hier heel graag terug!

Eigenlijk niets. Ik reisde alleen, maar met meer mensen is het misschien fijn als er wat meer kastruimte beschikbaar is voor de gasten. Kasten in slaapkamer waren al in gebruik voor andere spullen. Verder alles helemaal naar wens.

Pretty much everything - from the communication with the host, the Appartement itself as well as the location. Would go again anytime.

Maybe equipping also the kitchen window with a courtain could do the trick as Helsinki can be pretty bright at night at certain time of the year (only relevant when sleeping on the sofa in the living room though).

It is a very cosy and clean apartment, perfect for 1-2 people. There is everything you need in the one bedroom, living room + kitchen space and bathroom. Lovely view of the ocean from the balcony and a supermarket right around the corner. A very quiet location within 10 min tram ride and 20 min walk of the buzzing city :)

The sofa in the living room/kitchen space converts to a bed, which is great if you dont want to share the bed. However, one windows was missing a curtain, so it was hard to sleep in the living room because of the street lights and the sun. We hung a towel to block the light a bit but a curtain would be great!
