La proximité du centre ville : env 10 minutes à pied de la grand place. Des petits commerces et des restaurants tout proches

Les mensonges dans le descriptif : il est indiqué qu’il y a un climatiseur. C’est faux et il faisait 30 dehors et presqu’autant dans l’appartement sous les toits. Il est mentionné vue. La vue donne sur un énorme chantier, à condition de voir à travers les carreaux particulièrement sales et de passer la tête à travers un vasistas! Les peignoirs et produits de toilette annoncés n’existaient pas, sauf de quoi se laver les mains. Ménage correct à première vue… à condition de ne pas regarder sous le canapé ! Accueil déplorable. Nous avons été reçues par un monsieur ne parlant presque pas français. Son fils ( le propriétaire) est quasi injoignable. J’ai laissé des messages et téléphoné à plusieurs reprises, sans succès, pour réclamer des draps. J’ai fini par aller dans les étages inférieurs, occupés par la famille du propriétaire pour obtenir un drap, puis un deuxième. Tout ça à 22h30 alors que nous nous étions levées très tôt. Le propriétaire a fini par me rappeler et m’a dit qu’il avait pensé à autre chose et oublié que j’avais réclamé les draps vers 17 heures, puis à 20h. Quand j’ai fait remarquer au propriétaire que le velux du séjour ( dans lequel je dormais) n’a pas de store et qu’il fait jour à 5 h, il m’a répondu de me débrouiller avec une serviette de toilette!!

The apartment was clean and spacious. It is located close to the center city.

The smell. I understand that this is an accommodation managed by a family and that they need to cook, but the species are very intense and they cook late at night. So my suggestion is to close the door to the kitchen. Also, bring more information to the platform about steps to check in.

Let's start with saying that I'm giving it a low mark that I explained later. However the place has a chance to be great if certain things been changed or improved. The flat was ample in size with lots of Windows and light. It almost overlooks to the city center which is great. Good TV with networks and a good sofa to sit on to watch them programs. The bed was very comfortable. We slept really well as there were almost no noise except occasional planes flying over in the morning. It's a very quiet and no noise at all place very near to the city center. There are two children's bed upstairs so if a family coming they have ample space to stay in. That brings me to the location which is absolutely fantastic and Central. The flat is at the top of the building on the 5th floor without lift. However it is not a problem at all if you do not have big luggage. Also that makes it very quiet we is a positive attribute.

Although the place has great potential but it falls through in quite few categories. Firstly it's a flat in a building which possibly owned and lived by the flat owner. As a result they treat it as theire home and it felt as we stepped into somebody's home and disrupting them. The top window was open but the staircase was not at all had any flow of wind which resulted in very strong smell. It was not harmful but really affects the senses. Will recommend using extractor fans so there is no smell on the staircase. The bathroom needs quite a bit of cleaning and TLC. I will recommend taking the bathtub off and putting a proper shower because mixing water was very hard and at times it was only hot or cold not mixed water. The bed was very comfortable. And the beddings were clean but did not feel at all fresh. I will highly recommend washing and ironing them so they feel not used even though we knew that they were clean and washed. The smell on the staircase and the bedding must be addressed. With small changes this place could be really really good. Overall the price we paid for one night was, based on staying in similar cities around Europe, we feel was unjustified. It could happen at least 30 to 40 euros less than what we paid for a night.
