Clean, comfortable beds

Area location, couch needs to be replaced, was told there was complimentary coffee available and there was not. Txt owner and didn’t respond via txt.

Free parking, good coffee shop nearby, good size and style of apartment

We booked for THREE ADULTS. There were only 2 towels and 1 flannel provided. No plates! Only 2 bowls, limited glasses and 1 was cracked/broken, only 1 large spoon, only 1 teaspoon. No coffee or tea. Only 2 shampoo/conditioners. Noisy hot water system in bedroom cupboard, no soap holder in shower. Hard access upstairs with luggage, no elevator

Sofa broken, dishwasher not working, bathroom existing fan noisy, 2 towels for 4 guest, entrance near a stinky dumster, half lights not working, common laundry very busy, etc
