A very comfortable two bed room two bathrooms. Everything we needed.

The furniture is in great condition, and the apartment is both beautiful and spotlessly clean.

The apartment is very spacious. A short drive from downtown.

The property was filthy and had a strange odour! There were piles of garbage which animals had ripped through and spread food waste and other garbage items beside the entrance to the building. The parking lot was flooded with garbage filled water due to a clogged drain, which you had to walk through to get to the entrance. The apartment was very dirty! Dirty floors, food / juice splashed on the walls, visible garbage under the couch and moldy shower. Stained worn sheets on the beds and water damaged wall in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen had mismatched or missing kitchen utensils.

Very comfortable, clean, complete, and reasonably priced.

Furniture, especially the living room couch/ chairs need to be changed to newer models.

Easy access and the 2 bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was spacious.

Living room furniture broken and uncomfortable. No pamphlet or binder with wifi information, and no TV remote. I had to use my own firestick that luckily was packed in my bag, with my own wifi Hotspot. Bathroom shower could use some new caulking (dirty or black mold) and bathroom door would not close

The beds were okay. The place was spacious. Parking is very convenient.

The cleaning fee is steep ($90) and not part of the initial price listed. Despite the fee, we were required to remove our own garbage which is unreasonable. The TV was not working.
