The room is spacious n clean. The front desk personal is very helpful. They even provide a washing machine in the room for us.

The only problem we had was language barrier. Other than that it was excellent. The staff was great, the room is spacious n clean, I would say a perfect stay if we could understand everything easily.

Hardly anybody understands English.

When i was taking this family room, i was not expecting that the family already there. Roach family. Other: nobody speaks English, hard to find the hotel, mold, conditioner work badly, noisy.

Location was good and nearby to touristy locations and shopping. Many amenities (food, convenience stores) nearby. Very convenient. Value for money compared to the other hotels in the same area. There is also a daily night market just downstairs, depending on the weather (rain is a no no for them.) Tip for first timers there: (Better have a map as it was a bit confusing for first time visitors) - You better know mandarin too and WeChat downloaded into your mobile phone (for daily housekeeping notification to the front desk)

First Time in my Holiday Travel History: Oh my god, there was this major renovation going on for one of the floors/levels in the apartment building and nobody notified us! (Monday till Friday) There was loud drilling and hacking from 8am till 5.30pm. Didn't need to set the alarm clock. I couldn't even watch TV (had to switch on the volume to very loud.) It was Horrendous and luckily we spent most of our time outdoors! It was a relief the renovation didn't carry on into the weekends. I was on the verge of booking another hotel and shifting. I was abit pissed and felt scammed nobody informed us. (Was pondering why was the stay so cheap compared to the rest of the apartments in the same areas.) - So that explains.

Strategies location, clean, near night market, near to bus or MRT station, complete amenities and got washing machine in the bathroom.

The room was a bit small for our family, all of us bumped to the edge of the bed. The bed was also too firm. The shower was tight. All along the hallway stinks because of the cigarette smoke.

The property looks nicer in the pictures, the room was smaller than it looked like in the pictures. Still a good value for money, but was expecting more.

The ease with checking in and checking out; the availability of washing machine was a huge plus; good room size and overall cleanliness.

Accessible to foods even after midnight. MRT Station & Westlake not too far away.
