The location of the hotel was amazing! The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom also had everything we needed. Staff was helpful and nice.

When we arrived, one of the rooms we booked turned out to be a children’s room, which we were not aware of. This room was also not entirely clean, but after asking, someone came to clean it immediately.

The location was good, not very far from the lake and Hefang street. The only good thing is having a washing machine and bidet in the toilet.

Rooms are much older than the pictures and not very clean. Mattress was also quite uncomfortable and my companions got bug bites. Area is a bit shady at night but not too bad.

Like the location that was relatively close to the attractions of interest

I think we were the only foreigners in the whole facility and the staff was not friendly. One lady at the front desk laughed at me when I asked for help to call a taxi (I don't speak Chinese). The cleaning maid came to my room in the afternoon, and even though I was sleeping, she came inside when one of my sons opened the door. She started talking loudly to him, in Chinese, even when he expressed no understanding of my what she was saying.
