"Just for one night is fine and close to the west lake."

The location is very good.

The room is old and like a dorm. The bed very old and not so steady, if my husband moved, I will just wake up from midnight. The AC blow straight to the head all the night and can’t turn it smaller.

Good location and very comfortable bed and bathroom

The kitchen had no tools at all. No pans, pots and cutlery etc.

Location—right beside the night market and a close walk to west lake and pedestrian walking area.

Furniture was outdated and it was a bit run down looking but suited our family needs

Clearer instructions for check-in. The check-in counter is on the 7th floor but you need an access card for the lift. Fortunately the reception counter was able to advise.
