Location - fantastic Directions - excellent (use WhatThreeWords) Hosts - fabulous Bed - like sleeping in a cloud Facilities - ideal for a short stay Much, much lovelier than the pictures show, this accommodation far surpassed our expectations! (And I can't remember ever having said that before.....) Simply perfect in every way. Thank you Chris and Sarah, for your warm welcome and hospitality.

The road junction on/off the A272 is very difficult, being on a bend. If possible, it is better (and safer) to use the A286

Owner was there at the time we had prearranged. It was nice and quiet. Large fridge/freezer and good shower. Great stop off, in beautiful area!

Although TV instructions to power on, I will ask owners help next time, as not easy to get standard channels. "Live TV" was a list of mostly American Apps? Personal preference is a med/hard mattress and it was very soft! No torch or FRA to hand, (not that I could see), as automatic light beyond door/parking? Central heating was not on, just one electric heater?

Was actually much nicer than the pictures! Very comfy bed and had all the facilities I could need. The view out of the back window was lovely. A very peaceful location and perfect for hiking on the South Downs.
