Location Decoration, Had everything we needed

Beanbag bed- too soft. Had to wait to get into property as we weren't given the correct key fob code.

The location is lovely, very close to all the amenities. 2 minute walk away from pet friendly pubs. The beach at Eyemouth is lovely, even in January the kids loved chasing the waves. The property has everything you can think of. Really comfy beds, although the smaller bedroom is not two singles as pictured. It is a single bed with a trundle bed which is fine for kids but maybe not if it was 2 adults sharing the room.

There was an unusual smell in the property, particularly downstairs. The bathroom and hall outside kitchen were extremely bad - not sure if it’s a problem with the drains.

Perfect location, clean and tidy, everything you could need.

Heating could have been turned on before arrival as it was a very cold spell and it was about eleven o’clock before it was beneficial

Fantastic location (saw 4 seals out of the window within about 10 mins of being there), easy to park at. Large property with everything we needed.

The twin room was a day bed with a trundle bed to pull out, fine for kids but not ideal for 4 adults (moves on the wooden floor). Stairs were a little tricky 2 of us managed to fall down the last step (one of us twice!) but don’t really know how! They curve around a corner so for one of our companions it was a little tricky due to mobility issues, and a wide handrail that wasn’t as easy to grip on to. Saying that it wouldn’t put us off going back as it really was a fab place.
