There are items that appear on the list but aren't there! Most kitchen utensils cannot be used for cooking because the coating has peeled off. There is a lot of dog feces around the house. It would be better if the owner was more polite and honest.

The property location to the beach was perfect! It had all items you would require from toiletries to cleaning products. The kitchen was equipped with utensils, plates, wok, pans and even an air fryer. We have been so impressed with our stay especially for our first visit to St Leonard’s - it’s definitely made a 5 star impression. There are amenities less than 3 min walk from the property which include Co-op, a Laundrette, Boots, Spar, Cafe, Chinese and pubs and other places to eat, we were not short of choice. Also visited a lovely clothing boutique on the high street too! The decor of the property is really modern, with bright colours and patterns throughout.

Private parking, central location everything was perfect would stop again if in area.

The bed was very comfortable,location of property was fantastic .

Parking was difficult and a added extra price as we had to park in the car park.

Doug generously left us a few Christmassy items to welcome us to his property. The location was good with lots of nearby amenities. We were very cosy and warm even though it was December. We would happily book again if we visit again.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the added bonus of a car parking space. The communication between the us and the Host Doug was excellent. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
