"Had everything I wanted. Would stay there again."

Located on a main road, so easy access in to Kerikeri, and studio was back from the road, so no road noise. Everything was clean and tidy, and all the things you might want were on hand. Easy parking immediately outside studio. Quiet, with many trees that act as a windbreak if wind gets up.

Just be aware, it is on a corner of a busy road, so make sure you check there is no traffic coming before pulling out of driveway.

Loved the Cosy Quirky Bach feel about the place, very restful. Good location for exploring the Kerikeri & mid North area.

"Very poor safety electrical and moisture issues."

Some serious safety issues, fire extinguisher on the floor by front door smoke detector not working, lead on fridge taped up, no extractor in kitchen or bathroom, insufficient heating and clearly no insulation.
