Apartment in excellent condition with almost everything we needed. Comfortable and well equipped. we enjoyed our stay there.

Only a couple of minor things to improve what is already an excellent apartment. 1. There was no charge point for an electric toothbrush. Fortunately we didn't need this during our stay, but would have been inconvenient had it been required. 2. The hot water was extremely hot. This was preferable to being too cold but was potentially dangerously hot. 3. We found the clothes drier under the bed, but only after we had washed and dried clothes. More printed information would have been helpful. Despite these minor issues, the apartment was excellent. Thank you for making our stay in Kirkwall so enjoyable.

Really well thought through holiday accommodation with everything you need. Very comfortable and within walking distance of Kirkwall.

There was nothing to dislike

Ground floor. Stylish. Clean. Great facilities. Walking distance to town centre. Privacy. Quiet.

Mistake made on exit date

Facilities in the building. Very clean, modern and well decorated. . Parking facility.

The ramp at the front door had no handrail with a direct fall off from edge, dangerous for my wife with mobility issues. Could do with a handrail on the wall at the toilet. TV had a big vertical black line. Not a good tv sognal. Most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. Sink tap loose. Shower cubicle for too small. I pity a 'larger person' . Outside light is not working. We mentioned these items to the owner, and he said they would attend to them, but too late on our stay. Didn't like the location, being a bit far up the hill from town. No info about disposal of rubbish.

The location was excellent, the property was comfortable and spotless, a real cosy cottage
