Loved the location and there was plenty of parking available. Not far to walk into Kirkwell. Property had everything I needed. Very Comfy.

Cant think of anything negative. Apart from the radiators having those timings that I can never work out ! TV had a black line down the screen, but I think that was due to the poor signal.

Easy to find and parking very close to property access. We are on an extended trip so the washing machine was a big bonus. Well set up for self catering. Nicely decorated. Conveniently located in Kirkwall. Maps and useful information available at the property. As described and pictured.

Great location, directions were spot on, great space for a single or a couple. Easy to get in and well equipped kitchen. Bed was very comfy.

There was a damp smell in the bedroom that did not go throughout our stay. We think it may be because there is a lack of ventilation in the property. We opened the windows and doors every day but it didn't seem to make a difference.Having said that, we would still use it in summer as we could open doors and windows to ventilate. The high chairs for the dining table were uncomfortable - you kept slipping forward out of them. Standard height table and chairs would be better.

The property was very comfortable and had everything required for our stay. The Orkney fudge was a nice touch!

It was fine for us.

Short walk downhill to local pubs and amenities. Ideal parking right at the door. Good sheets, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, coffee, tv, radio etc all supplied.

Damp feeling/smell in the bedroom, evident on blinds with marks and our clothes that we hung up in there smelt of damp. We kept window open and did use the heaters, it was particularly rainy when we visited. Handy having a washing machine, maybe a laundry pod or 2 could be supplied.
