- washing mashine to use,fully furnished kitchen to use, cleaned fridge & freezer - good location to the port Pico (ca 10' walk) - friendly owner - size of the apartment - terrace on the roof - small but big enough table for working on the pc with a chair - easy check-in & check out

- at the apartment you can smell cigarette smoke and mold - if you open the window to get fresh air inside, you have to watch out otherwise there are some flies or salamandras coming in (maybe a mosquito net would be a solution/help) - washing mashine - it is necessary to clean it with disinfectant / vinegar ; rubber inside of it
