The location was just perfect

The apt needs to be painted

Location is good; everything is close, if you don´t mind a very busy main road. Apartment is spacious, kitchen is well equipped and bathrooms are nice and spacious.

Aparment is not as clean as you could expect from the pictures; walls, carpets and furnitures have got a lot of dirt and it seems that they have not attempted to clean those. Also the cleaning was not something that we expected, it was poor. The bed linen and towels were quite old, they were washed but not clean, after we mentioned about that next time we got a bit cleaner ones, but we got them only few days before leaving. For us it was too noisy; the Aveneau Ricardo Soriano is very busy also at night and in addition barking dogs in same building. Biggest disappoinment for us was the balcony door locking system which was broken. We mentioned about that and it took two weeks to get it fixed and at that time we had to carry all our valuables whit us, there was no safety box in apartment and we were not able to lock the apartment balcony door.

The location was fantastic.

1) Extra full set of keys would be great to have, 2) Post check out services would also be great such as storage facilities in the building 3) Option of late check out

Very good location, close to Old town and beach. Apartment was nice and bright and very clean with quality towels and bedding and comfortable beds. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. Pool was big and clean but no sun loungers but this apartment is not in a holiday type block , its residential so very quiet.

would have been nice if host had provided water on arrival and some coffee pods. Host was good and suggested some restaurants. Communication with Genteel apartments office contact was poor.

So comfortable and amazing location

It was a very nice apartment, modern and comfortable. The host Hilary was very friendly and helped with the check-in. I would highly recommend to book!

Parking was a bit difficult, but we managed.

Location!!!!

A little too small! Especially the bedrooms & the bathrooms!
