Location was perfect, nice and clean appartement

The swimming pool was closed, it was one of the main reasons why I booked this accommodation so that was very disappointing

Very clean , cosy and homey.

Overall we really liked the apartment, it was very modern and in a great location felt very safe. The apartment block was having upgrades whilst we was there, they were installing new lifts. The pool was great, nice temperature, larger than it looks (great for swimming). The rooms were really nice and beds were comfortable. There were some great places within a 2 min walk for breakfast (Le petit jardín), local tapas (Lekune Bar) and grab a coffee (Café para Ti). Just a heads up when you're coming to this location it's best to put Cajas Fuertes Cisa in sat nav as that bring you to the back entrance which is more accessible than the front.

Parking was a bit of a faff, you had few options close by; street parking: free over the weekends (weekdays had to pay per 2 hours via an app), underground parking down the road (Parking APK2 El Molino) with a charging point, it was expensive though or you can park further away in other underground car parks. We had a couple issues whilst staying here, one being the shower drain in the en-suite it had been forgotten about and was blocked so when showering it flooded the en-suite and bedroom (would have noticed sooner if I had my glasses on in the shower) and the kettle was covered in limescale. However, I went to the supermarket got some gloves and cleaning gear and sorted both out so for anyone else staying....you're welcome :) Also, just a heads up it turns out there's a mop and bucket in the cupboard on the balcony which would have been helpful instead of using all our towels and having to wash them in the washing machine.

The place was great,. location very central, just a 15-20 minute walk to old town or 5-10 to the beach. Terrace is amazing.

We would have liked some beach towels to be included. As well as some laundry detergent to wash some clothes. Also air conditioner did not work on the second day but it didn't bother us a whole lot.

The location of the apartment is good! Close to the promenade, shopping centre & comes with a private pool for the house. Communication with host was good

We rented the apartment for a group of 4 ppl and it was definitely too small. The second bedroom only provides a small single bed and another mattress for the floor. That wasn’t comfortable at all and the room had no window.

We got locked out of the apartment in the early hours of the morning. This was 30 minutes after entering the property with the host. We went to get water as there was none in the property and had landed late in the evening. On returning we couldn’t open the door in any form, we were told it was stiff on initial entry. After not being able to get in after 30 minutes , We rang the numbers given to us for two hours but nobody was able to help. We had to find a hotel for the night as there was no emergency contact . The next morning there was no apology and the host belittled us and made us feel stupid. We did not stay the rest of the trip as we felt unsafe. The company have refused to contact us or talk to us after. Would never stay here or stay with this company again.
