Lovely interior and well decorated. Had all facilities needed

Issues with the keys and getting access to the pool however this was resolved fairly quickly

Everything about the property was good. Its beautiful, clean and nicely furnished as the photos with no surprises.

It was bit small for 4 persons

Beautiful decoration, excellent location.

Check in time was very late ( 15.00) and we were denied to even leave our luggage a bit earlier "for security reasons" whatever that means

The apartment was comfortable, fully equipped. Location was very good, parking was easy.

The apartment has two rooms; one twin with a bath looking at the balcony, and a kingsize bed but its bathroom is outside. The living room is clean and cozy integral with a small kitchen. the host kept a box of tea and a bottle of water which was very convenient. The reception was quick and the host was friendly. I would definitely book here next visit.

The tv is a smart tv but was not used. It is placed at the entrance of the balcony.

My wife and I rented an apartment for two weeks from Genteel Homes on c.  Ricardo Soriano in Marbella.  The apartment was very clean and in a great location.  The Genteel contact persons were very helpful and answered all our questions quickly and efficiently, and I thank them again.

 I would like Genteel to pay attention to the following minor détails.  Because we came for two weeks and expected to do some cooking and laundry, it would have been much appreciated if there had been salt, pepper, sugar and laundry soap in the apartment.  It is not really possible to buy these items in small quantities.  These are minor things that would greatly improve your customers' experience.  One last thing, the apartment includes a nice Nespresso coffee machine that only works with Nespresso pods which are not easy to find in Marbella.
