The property was clean and the location is good.

The overall experience was very bad. Just before check in the host told us there was a problem with the apartment and offered us an alternative one with the same characteristics. When we arrived on the alternative apartment it was very different from the original one, much older, smaller. Contacting the host was a problem as it took a really long time to pick up the phone. When we requested a price adjustment due to the downgrade, the host promised to look into it and follow up the next day, but I never heard back. Additionally, there was no TV signal, and the Wi-Fi was barely functional. My messages to the host about these issues went completely unanswered.

The apartment was clean and modern and the location was central. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was great.

It was quite hot at night since there is no air conditioning.

Great location, great facilities. Apartment had all the necessary gadgets such as heater, de-humidifier, towels, blankets, TV, cable. etc. Very well recommended.

Perhaps the toilet can have a better extraction system, as the space is small and all the smells carry out to the entire apartment.

Communication with hosts wasn'tgreat. On the day of arrival they told me that they had a problem with the place so asked to move to another place took forever to confirm the adress . Check-in was ok . The doors have difficulty in closing, so you had to force it bot great when it's done in the middle of the night. The first floor lacked light, so I had to use several times the torch light from my phone or leave the light on . The plug with the air con melted on the first day. I've reported this to host no answer till now. The matress was comfy. The problem was the bed with each movement. The whole bed was shaking after 2 sleepless nights. I pulled the matress on the floor and had the best night. Fixing these little things, the experience would be much better as the place had a lot of character.
