This review is for a listing we were switched to, not the one we booked* 15 minutes before check in we wrote and asked how we should get the keys, their answer was that there was an issue with the apartment we had booked but we would get another apartment nearby with "similar characteristics". We thought it was odd they hadn't said anything earlier and it is suspecialy alike what other reviews have said about being moved to another apartment... Our theory is they overbook their places and need to move around guests to make it work and they have put this into system. Anyways the apartment we got was quite cute and suited us well. It is in three floors with the bedroom on the top floor. It was easy to heat up, all kitchen equipment was there and the location was great.

Parking in cental Setubal is a nightmare. There are plenty of parking but most you can only stay for 2-4h and it's paid, then you have to move your car. We found a 24/7 parking about 10 minutes away but we still had to pay the entire trip we were there. There was at times a wierd smell in the bathroom.

Great location. The apartment has everything that we needed.

Ground floor apartment, lack of privacy. The front door had the only windows in the apartment.

It’s nicely decorated, the bed was comfy has a coffee machine and nice shower.

Only one window at the door so not much light. Tv did not work and was in an awkward place. There was bed bugs I saw them at 2 in the morning and I ran out of there! The owners did return my money I presume they weren’t aware of the bed bugs and they said they would do a fumigation that same day.

Poor set up Very very strep stairs to bedroom As others have said bad smell in bathroom No cushions on big sofa? And sofa very stained! Bed not good, cheap not nice pillows etc “Kitchen” does not even have a kettle? And wine bottle opener did not work looked liked snapped so purchased my own And then check out is 11am , someone knocking on door right on the dot and when i said “5 minutes” she got very annoyed!! Not good overall
