O primeiro alojamento para qual paguei, a experiência não foi nada boa, havia muitas muitas moscas ou algo semelhante e encontrei uma barata enorme na casa de banho. Mas depois atribuíram-me um novo apartamento e não tive numa queixa

Nada, todo bien.

The location is perfect and the apartment is very well decorated. We stayed there before and went back.

It doesnt have a wash machine and the kitchen/sitting room is incredibly hot, it could do with a fan or air-conditioning.

The location is convenient, close to the center and in a quiet pedestrian street. However, at night the area can feel a bit unsafe and it's not possible to park the car nearby, which can be inconvenient.

What I didn’t like was that the door opens directly onto the street, which means there’s no privacy if you want to open the small window in the door to let air circulate, especially since there’s no air conditioning. The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy with every movement. Also, the accommodation doesn’t really match the photos, it feels less well-maintained in person. I had a reservation for four nights but left after just one. The host did try to help by offering a different room, but it was on the third floor with no lift and everything felt very small and cramped. I asked for a refund through Booking, but the host didn’t reply.
