The place is part of a bigger complex called Manzini Chalets however is an individual house on its own and right next to the big swimming pool. The house can accomodate upto 08 people , and has 3 bedrooms. The house has everything you need including aircons in 2 bedrooms, 2 TVs, extra fan etc. The new hosts who recently took over the property stay behind the property and are extremely friendly and helpful. They were checking in every day to make sure we are comfortable and even cleaned the place when the maid service was not available. Just a note to future guests - The kitchen is outside the house but does not have a door and is open all the times. You ll have to put the stuff in cupboards and put lock so that monkeys who raid often can't reach it. Overall a superb place to stay , I would say this is a luxury at an affordable price and better than most accomodations available in St Lucia. Strongly Recommended!

Wish the place had a WiFi that would make this probably THE best accomodation in St Lucia.

Absolutely nothing

The place was absolutely horrible, when we arrived the place was not cleaned, the manager was extremely rude and said that she is not happy that we there and that she didn't know that we where coming. The place was very dirty, but worse was the cockroaches, they came out in there hundreds at night, they where literally crawling all over us, it was so disgusting. The first night that we stayed there was no power, we called the manager to atleast give us candles or a portable light and she said that's not there problem and don't supply those items, we had to ended up buying our own candles and they just let us sit in the dark. On the advert, they advised that the unit is full Air-conditioned but that's a lie, it's not, even the fans they had there didn't work. There was dirt, dust and cob webs right next to where the beds are, are we supposed to sleep in filthy conditions? The other shower and toilet is so bad to use as well, there was mold on the side of the toilet and the shower is so dangerous. The new toilet and shower was fine, but how to 8 people make use of 1 good bathroom. It's ridiculous. On the advert, no where did it state that the kitchen is outside of the unit and also they didn't state the pool is communal, we where under the impression that this was a private house with its own pool and inside kitchen. We couldnt walk barefoot in that unit because the floors where dirty, they have a major pest problem with ants and cockroachs, you can't prepare food in that kitchen it will be crawling with ants and cockroachs. It was so bad that 4 of our guests left the first night just because of the cockroachs. We paid R6300 for a horrible, unhygienic place, I want a refund. They place shouldnt be listed here as a place to stay, it's a dump.

The locations was good, we catered for our selves.

We were accused of making noise and the owner even contacted me late Saturday evening after 12. Saying we were making noise while everyone in the room was asleep. I did not like that and would like an apology

Loved the views. The renovation to the en-suite is very refreshing ✨️ Close to the town and everything is in walking distance.

Microwaves needs to be replaced. It's a struggle to use one and the other is non functional. The amount of dish washing liquid was a joke. It looked like we were given just a drop, wasn't even enough to wash a cup. Pots in the cupboard were dirty with food still stuck on the rims😫

We made our own breakfast at a very friendly kitchen with everything that we needed. I liked the spacious place that we occupied nd my kids enjoyed playing around the open space. Also likes the idea of using the gas stove, otherwise we wouldnt have breakfast.

The other bathroom did not have water so we had to use one bathroom. I also did like that you do not have a backup electricity because there was no electricity for the whole day on friday, but the idea of gas stove is exceptional.
