The location, large swimming pool & large outside area.

The cockroaches in the kitchen cupboard, broken toilet. There is only a door with a curtain over that separates from the chalet behind. U can hear everything!

Good location. Good size rooms - unusual setup which worked ok. (Kitchen outside)

The apartment was musty and as it was higher than the rest of the site the smoke from the fires all came in the vents to the rooms whilst empty so when we arrived it took a while to clear.

The microwave didnt work and gas didn't work on the stove, but they did sort it out eventually. The shower in one bathrooms didn't have hot water.

it took 1,5 days to fix a simple knob on the shower tap. similar story for gas cilinder for cooking. staff was not unfriendly, but service could have been better/quicker. property was also in a slightly run down condition, but price quality was still very good.

St Lucia is lovely. Fantastic beaches. Monkeys everywhere. Also in town. Relaxed and secure atmosphere. Spar supermarket and almost everything else is in walking distance. The terrace right next to the pool allowed us to keep an eye on our children. And the outside kitchen was great. The beds are very comfortable. Aircon in two bedrooms.

Cleanliness was not good on arrival. But was taken care of after our complaint. My wife encountered some cockroaches. That we only saw the host once during the complaint was somehow disappointing. It's not a beachfront location as advertised. Rather 2.5 km by car.
