Casa Marene Ortigia

La struttura è veramente stupenda, a due passi dal mare in una posizione magnifica. L’appartamento è nuovissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort. Pulizia della struttura eccellente. Alessandra è gentilissima, disponibile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Niente, tutto meraviglioso.

The apartment was very clean, well lit, and well located, in a charming old building. Bed was very comfortable. All was as expected. Property manager was very helpful through WhatsApp. The apartment is directly across from the waterfront, well positioned for exploring Ortigia with long walks along the waterfront just steps away from the front door. The area is quiet at night, apart from a little friendly bustle from the restaurant directly in front of it. High ceilings make the place feel spacious.

The apartment is on two levels with the bedroom up a set of narrow but sturdy stairs. This was a challenge for older folks like us—midnight trips to the rest room can be a little challenging. The stairs are well built, however, with sturdy metal railings to grip. Kudos to the property owners for providing good lighting and making them as safe as possible.

Tolle Lage zum Erkunden von Ortigia, sowohl Altstadt mit vielen Lokalen als auch Strände um die Ecke. Schöne, großzügige Wohnung mit Sitzbereich im Innenhof. Sehr freundliche & hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar ist.

We had a very pleasant stay. The host was very kind, warm and helpful during our visit and was available whenever we needed something. The location is great and convenient for exploring Syracuse. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter à pied. Notre chambre était très bien, un bémol sur le canapé-lit, un peu moins confortable.. La disponibilité de notre hôte.

Le côté enfermé et sombre de la pièce principale, qui donne sur la rue directement.

Gli appartamenti sono in una posizione da sogno, praticamente sul mare, a 2 passi dalla spiaggetta di cala rossa e da tutti i bar e ristoranti di Ortigia. La comunicazione con Alessandra (host) e' stata eccellente; sempre disponibile, ci ha dato tutti i consigli necessari durante il pernottamento e ci ha fatto trovare un pensiero al nostro arrivo. Le foto degli appartamenti sono aderenti all realtà, ma non ci aspettavamo di trovarci in una posizione così buona. Se si è fortunati si può parcheggiare l auto fuori casa altrimenti si deve lasciare l auto a 10 min in quanto i parcheggi sono riservati ai residenti. Tutto perfetto, Ortigia bellissima e se torneremo, torneremo da Alessandra.

Séjour très agréable, l’appartement est bien conçu et spacieux. La mezzanine et déco très sympas. Calme : pas de bruit ni des voisins ni de la rue. Accueil gentil et efficace.

La vue aurait été vraiment sympa sans les voitures qui ne permettent pas de voir la mer. L’avantage c’est que c’est facile de garer la voiture pour déposer les bagages avant de garer la voiture en périphérie. Inconvénient : être au RDC ne permet pas vraiment d’ouvrir la fenêtre en gardant son intimité…
