GOCCE VILLAS - El Royale Suites Sorrento

Cute apartment with view of the water from the terrace. We were very close to the center of Sorrento. We walked everywhere with ease.

Location, service and the host (Grazia) was amazing, friendly and so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble ! Accommodation had everything you needed for both a short or long stay!

The accommodation had everything you needed, however, as there was 5 of us, having another bathroom would have been perfect !

The place was very close to the centre, good for families with children. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had a little problem with water pressure and temperature- after a couple of hours our problem was solved in a very professional way. Jasvir, who gave us the keys was super kind and competent. He answered all of our questions and sent us all of the important informations about Sorrento per WhatsApp.

Maybe some of the white walls need a little refreshment.

The apartment was very beautiful and comfortable, it smelled awesome and all the beds (including the sofa cama) were very comfortable. Also it was near to restaurants and stores and near to the train station Jasvir was the one that waited for us to give us the keys, he was very nice and waited for us even when our train was delayed. He also provided information about tours and restaurant

The apartment was clean & good location.

We were charged for city tax when NOT applicable & when questioned we were offered the excuse they forgot! Received €27 refund. Property provided washing machine, no washing powder, dishwasher - 1 tablet, shower heads are blocked, lights in kitchen/lounge room blew a fuse, no lights from 1700, gas stove & lighter provided didn’t work. This apartment is in need of attention.

The host was the greatest. Well equipped with all living needs. Secure. Has an elevator. Close to food mart and excellent restaurants.
