GOCCE VILLAS - El Royale Suites Sorrento

The location is excellent, near the coast for ferries and boat trips, and a short walk to the station for trains to Pompei, Ercolano and Napoli. We had a warm welcome from Grazia.

It was a minor thing, but occasionally, there was no hot water.

this apartment was absolutely perfect for 2 friends travelling. two master suites with two ensuite bathrooms. it was spotless and had everything we needed.. our host gave us all of the info we may need and was available for any questions 24/7

could have had hotter water in the shower. Bookings.com have this as street number 11 it is actually number 7. our host advises she has tried numerous times to get it corrected. ps there is no number 11

The beds were really comfortable, and it was spacious with great location.

It smelt quite musty, and of need of a deep clean. If I was there longer I would have wanted to clean the place properly. We used it as a base literally.

The location wasn't the best, car service couldn't drive down to the location, we had to drag bags up a hill and 3 blocks over cobble stone road to get to the location, the entry way smelled like mildrew. Also with 2 bathrooms and 5 people we only had 1 extra roll of toilet paper

The location is brilliant, the beds were comfortable.

It could have been cleaner, new towels are needed and the hairdryers are really slow.

Fantastic location, clean and lots of space.

Some issues with facilities in one of the apartments which the host was very responsive to solving for us. We thought we had access to a pool close by but it was over 4km away.

The location was very central and easy to get to the port and the centre of Sorrento—everything was just a few minutes walk. The unit was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was great having a full kitchen and washing machine as well.
