Great location, right behind the main street of Taormina’s tourist center, lots of restaurants and shopping venues near by. We felt super safe walking around even past mid night.

The washing machine was out of service but we didn’t get notice in advance.

Nella descrizione non è menzionata la scala a chiocciola per raggiungere il piano superiore dove si trovano le stanze da letto e il bagno. Difficile da utilizzare con le valigie. Mancavano le cialde del caffè e qualche tisana o infuso per il bollitore. Il bagno davvero obsoleto: meriterebbe un restyling (gancio del doccino rotto e quindi un pò di difficoltà a fare la doccia comodamente). Per fortuna abbiamo utilizzato l'appartamento (davvero piccolo) solo per dormire. Lo consiglio per coppie atletiche.

The location is amazing and the owner has a restaurant in front of the apartment so very easy to communicate.

The bathroom needs a modernization and the mattress is not very comfortable

The location was very good as it was on the Main Street close to restaurants and the shopping strip.

There were a few challenges 1- Exposed live wire from the power point next to the sofa, preventing use and causing the obvious hazard 2- The washing machine has a sign stating ‘faulty, out of order’ and looking back through the reviews this has been mentioned many times and it hasn’t been working since July 2023. So why even have this listed in your amenities? 3- The air conditioning in the bedrooms is very weak , which made for uncomfortable summer nights 4- Shower head holder is broken thus you have to hold the shower head in one hand whilst showering. The shower head also leaked so the water pressure was non existent 5- The fridge doesn’t work to capacity 6- As a previous reviewer has stated, the staircase is narrow and spiralled, so taking luggage upstairs to the bedrooms is extremely difficult and honestly easier to just leave them downstairs but this made for an inconvenient stay 7- No communication in the lead up to the stay, I had to contact the owner on my way there for check in details 8- Lack of privacy each time we left and returned to the property due to the hosts approaching us from their restaurant next door constantly asking us to eat at their restaurant. This made it feel like we were being watched and just extremely uncomfortable

The location of this place was perfect in the old town. We really enjoyed the apartment with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The downstairs kitchen was a decent size and we could look out to the restaurant below and enjoy the nightly music and buzz.

The bathroom really needs to be updated, particularly the shower head. It would then make the place very comfortable.

Superb location (right next to Main Street but still very quiet), very nice and welcoming owners.

The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from Corso Umberto, right in the heart of Taormina. It was very quiet, which you would’ve expect in that area

The washing machine wasn’t working, which was disappointing to see. Looking back at reviews, it appears to be long standing. Perhaps it should be removed from the amenities list. Also if you have mobility problems, it is important to know there are several steep steps leading up from the front door to living room.
