The location has a good positioning, in the center of Taormina, very close to all the objectives, on a side and quiet street.

The host did not issue my invoice even though I requested it. I need the invoice because the company pays my vacation. He direct me to Booking.com to solve this with them. I sent him the official answer from Booking, which clearly states that they do not deal with issuing the invoice for the stay, but he continues to refuse to issue my invoice - "Invoices for accommodation services are always handled by the property. Contact the property to request an invoice". He probably avoid to paying taxes, otherwise I can't explain it. If you need an invoice, avoid this host. Another problem is the lack of shower gel and soap. They left us only 4 small containers to last us for 3 nights and we had to buy it ourselves.

Perfect location in the heart of Taormina

Access to 2nd floor bedrooms was challenging as stairs were very narrow

The location was spot on. The apartment was beautiful and newly refurbished.

The washing machine was not working, which was dissapointing as we were travelling and needed to wash clothes.

The location is very good and the restaurant below is lovely

Bathroom could benefit from an upgrade and spiral staircase up to bedrooms is awkward

Mattresses were so thin and the bathroom was terrible. Door handle broken, lock didn't work, bathtub so narrow you couldn't stand in it, shower hose didn't reach, I'll stop because it really ruined our stay in this home.

Clean and in a great position. Attached restaurant Shelter was lovely and the staff were great.

The bathroom was terrible, shower had a hose from the tap with the shower head attached and you couldn’t shower properly as the hose was pulled tight across the bath. Water pressure just dribbled out. No towel racks or drying rack to hang towels. Toilet was leaking and was noisy all night. Washing machine was not working and I was relying on it as we had been travelling with a family for a week, we had to go out late at night to a laundromat. Beds had very skinny mattresses and flat pillows, we all have a sore neck and back.Stairs to go upstairs are spiral and not very wide so had to leave our suitcases upstairs and carry everything up, not good for elderly people.

The location was good.

It was quite stuffy when we arrived and smelled a little like cigarettes. A pelmet fell on my son’s girlfriend’s head and smashed a mirror. The washing machine would not go through the spin cycle and our clothes were sopping wet. The bathroom is outdated and there is nowhere to hang your towel. It does get very noisy outside from 5am onwards
