whilst location was ideal for reaching Taormina & beach. At night it was very noisy until 4am some mornings.

Excellent location with balcony view of Mt.Etna and overlooking the entrance to the vibrant and colourful Corso Umberto.

Mycket starkt oväsen från ungdomar nedanför lägenheten. De spelade hög musik och skrek till kl 3 på nätterna, varje natt under vistelsen, 13 nätter. Svårt att sova trots öronproppar och stängda dörrar, fönster, fönsterluckor. Ingen AC i vår lägenhet.

Location - quite noisy

The style of the rooms was nice.

The apartment was advertised as an "Apartment with balcony", terrace in the description. On arrival, it turned out that it had two small French balconies that couldn't fit a chair. The large terrace from the photos belongs to a second apartment of this property. Perhaps the host didn't want to deceive customers intentionally, but we can not condone negligence. No timely communication from the host about which key/apartment to use upon opening the keybox, followed by rude remarks after the fact that going into the wrong apartment was "a crime in Italy". I booked this apartment because of the terrace, however, no accommodation was provided by the host for the mistakenly titled apartments. Apart from this, the rooms are very noisy, would not recommend to light sleepers. The walls seem to be paper thin. The square in front is loud with people till 3-4am, then there's the tenant who occupied the rest of the ground floor connected to the apartment, who also made noise in the night. Finally, it's not very clean either, the kitchen cupboards were very dusty, the place doesn't seem to be used often. I would simply recommend to check which apartment you are getting, because the one with the nice furniture is not the one with the large terrace, and vice versa.

Location is supreme. Amazing terrace overlooking the village square.

Air conditioning was essentially nonexistent. Very hot weather and unbearable to sleep. Falsely advertised as air conditioned. They offered us a fan instead.
