Elthorne Luxury Apartments - Uxbridge

Excellent size, clean, warm, location is very good and off street parking was a brilliant idea. 😀👍

The flat was ground floor. The windows are directly on the street. We had to keep the blinds closed all the time to stop people walking on the street from looking in. I would suggest putting some net curtains under the blinds so we can open the blinds without being exposed to the street.

I have used the place before and am still happy with my choice. The apartment is a good size, clean and warm with good facilities. The free parking is an excellent idea.

Uxbridge is about 40 min to drive to London but I am willing to travel for the comfort of the place.

The owners were brilliant and helped so much, we had a problem where we needed two parking spots and they sorted it for us!

Location from Brunel university and Uxbridge centre very convenient.

Communication level from the owner of apartment. No decent phone number no response to the email. The internet in the apartment doesn’t work. It seems that tp-link is broken.

Some of the cutlery and utensils were not clean from previous users. Shower cubicle doesn't close fully

Self check in and check out well explained Location

- very dirty, see pictures - broken items in the flat - suspicious people wondering in and around the property (the main gate is open) particularly at night - property manager Sanje extremely rude snd aggressive when the cleanliness issue and filthy state of the flat was highlighted. Promised to come and assess the property then cancelled 15minutes before the due time as it was a bank holiday and inconvenient for him to come. Threatened us to be evicted and to call the police. - we had to contact booking customer service who put us in contact with the property owner Ana who immediately organised the cleaner to come to the property and the repairs to be carried out

Location…near to my place of work

Microwave didn’t work. Oven couldn’t be used as it kept tripping the electricity in the apartment (apartment 2). Floor seemed like it hadn’t been swept our cleaned for a long time. Scattered garbage was at the front entrance upon my arrival. No one attended as promised to sort out the issue with the oven.
