Cozy, clean and well equipped nest away from the noisy city but in walking distance to the fastest links to all London attractions. Safe parking included. Great communication. We‘ll be back.

We turned up and as soon as we went through the front door, the stench of stale cigarettes hit you, there was another apartment next door who had the windows open and the clouds of smoke coming out was horrible. The sofa was very badly stained, the rug was filthy, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, and there weren’t any mugs to even have a cuppa. We contacted the vendor who offered us compensation or a refund immediately, which makes me think they knew it was horrible, after 24 hours they decided they needed photos of us returning the keys to the key safe. By which time we were half an hour away in another hotel, so we travelled back there and took photos. Booking have now started the refund process.

The property was lovely and clean, with additional amenities such as coffee, tea & sugar already in the cupboards which was super handy. Really accessible and one of the easiest hotel/apartments to find & access with the information they give you.

Location

The apartamento too small, imposible por 5 people, The sofá bed was hard. The control TV esas noticias working. only one bedroom upstairs, The stair very narrow and stand, can hot take nothing upstair, is not recommended for older people as we are.

The apartment was very pleasant. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. The beds are very comfortable. The location, even though is fairly far from the center of the city, is very peaceful and nice.

The faucet in the sink of the kitchen was leaking non stop. Being in the living room would get pretty annoying. The water in the shower was lukewarm but not hotter than that. Taking a shower was still possible but could have been better.

We like the location as well as the apartment

Our stay was almost 10 days, there were no room or apartment service, no cleaning service, no change of bed sheets or towels / Cleaning of the bathroom. I wish the landlord increase the price and provide such a service for those staying longer than a week. We did our best to clean, but we don't have cleaning materials, so it was bit unpleasant due to hygiene concerns.
