Location was ok

The state of the place, dirty carpets, sofa was totally stained and black mold was growing both around kitchen sink and bathroom shower. Very little warm water in the shower and drain was blocked.

This was like a home away from home and perfect for one adult and two older kids. Could have slept four people if we used the couch. We did a great walk to the nearby WWIi bunker and rifle range.

Good location for London and surrounding activities with parking included. Communication from owners was good with issues raised sorted quickly.

Apartment needs a thorough clean with mould removed.Walls are grubby. Shower surround has black mould everywhere. Kitchen needs some extra equipment, such as oven dishes. Sofa only seats two and is very uncomfortable, more like a sofa bed. Cleaning should be more thorough as there was dirty crockery in the cupboards, debris on the sofa, a greasy oven and hair on the carpet. Apartment does not live up to its "luxury" description.

Nice Clean Place to stay with Families. Easy to locate and you can find restaurants and groceries shops just round the conner.

Originally booked for 7 nights stay and I stayed for 1 night only. The apartment is on ground floor and one of bedroom's windows lock was broken which can be open from outside. The overhead light of the shower was broken as well. The sofa was very dirty with stains. The oven is not properly clean-up and oily. In the morning when someone took bath in the apartment on 1st floor above, water kept dropping from the roof of toilet through the fan and triggered the circuit breaker which in fact cut off the power for toilet's lighting, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stoves and boilers. It was a nightmare.
