Cool Central Market

This is what a central property really means - it is literally in the heart of Valencia, so extremely conveniently located. Valencia is about walking and cycling, so if you're fairly mobile and in good shape, you won't need to rely on public transportation at all if you chose to book this apartment. The place is clean and has all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is a joy to start your morning with amazing charcuterie, cheese, vegetables and fruits that you've just bought from Mercat Central and put on your table. Coffee - don't bother to make it yourself, just go downstairs and buy some of the best specialty coffee you'll find in Valencia. La Guashira is only 2 steps away.

I suppose the AC unit might do a better job in heating the apartment on colder days.

very well located apartment. elevator in the block. very basic equipment but it is a spacious apartment. a bit of noise from the streets.

the price was higher because of the valencia marathon. overall it wasn't worth the price but that's the reality of the market.

Location was perfect. Quiet but only a few minutes from the centre of the city. Can walk everywhere from the there. We didn't eat meals in the apartment as so many nice restaurants and cafes so close.

The property could not have been closer to the centre of Valencia. It was literally a stone's throw from the central market. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Although on the fourth floor there is a lift which makes life easy. Getting into the apartment was easy using the key box and communication was always excellent. There are bars and restaurants nearby and a grocery store within a two minute walk.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Location was great in the heart of the city center. Around the corner from the market. It was a large studio with kitchen, washer, small table, couch, bathroom with shower. It was clean. Bed was comfortable. There is working air conditioner although we didn't need when we were there.

While this is a nice, clean apartment, please don't expect 4 star accommodations. There were a number of things that didn't work properly like the TV remote and the coffee machine and kettle, and the furnishings are showing wear. The thing that would probably prevent us from booking again is the smell in the building. Being an old building, it is obvious there are some sewer issues. The building halls and elevator smell horrible. The owner of the apartment has done a decent job keeping the smell out of the actual apartment, but coming in and out is a bit unpleasant.

Very central for all the historic part of the city and yet quiet. We were able to leave our luggage before check in time. The appartment was very clean and comfortable.
